Sweet And Sour Shrimp Recipe
This is a recipe that you can use with Shrimp, Fish, or Pork.... quick and easy for hurry days.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb.Shrimp ( Fish or Pork)
  • 3 Tablespoon butter or salad oil
  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks & juice
  • 2 tablespoon Silvered cristalized ginger
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions
  1. Heat butter or oil in saucepan, toss in shrimp and cook for 5 min. Stir occasionally.
  2. Nowpour in pineapple juice, add ginger, pepper cuted in strips, vinegar, sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Cook over low fire for 2 minutes.
  3. Spoon out a little of the liquid and mix with the corstarch until you have a smooth paste.
  4. Pour back into meat mixture an cook slowly, stirring constantly until the liquid is transparent and slightly thick.
  5. Serve with hot rice.

This is another great recipe with Silvered crystallized ginger and pineapple. These flavors really WOW me Annie. I think I will double the recipe and invite you and your family over.
