Watch out Chicken Divine, this little cup of joy will knock your socks off! From the very first bite, I was in Heaven! Try it as a side dish, appetizer or main dish. Well worth the baking time.

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 1 lb turkey bacon Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1 block neufetchel or cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 can whole corn drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg country style gravy mix
  • 1 ready made pie crust

Directions
  1. Line 18 cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In stand mixing bowl, add block neufetchel cheese
  3. cheddar cheese
  4. Parmesan cheese
  5. green onion
  6. bread crumbs
  7. cayenne pepper
  8. sea salt
  9. white pepper
  10. garlic powder
  11. corn
  12. eggs
  13. Blend these ingredients until fully mixed.
  14. Then, with a spoon, add in the diced chicken breast, and cooked Bacon and fold in.
  15. Spoon ingredients into muffin pan filling each tin to the top.
  16. Cut the ready made Pie Crust into 1/2 inch squares and place 4 square atop each muffin cup covering the chicken filling.
  17. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  18. In separate pan, prepare country style gravy mix according to directions on package. Stir in cream of chicken soup.
  19. When Chicken Neufetchel is completely prepared, remove from muffin paper and place in a small puddle of soup mixture. Then drizzle soup on top of the Chicken Neufetchel. Enjoy!

I forgot to add the turkey bacon!! Please re-read the recipe now. It is just not right without the bacon. Ooops!


Sounds great!! A photo would be good though, I don't quite understand the pastry bit at point 16. Sounds yummy though!!


I cut the pastry into small squares, more out of the need for speed than anything else.
