How to make it

  • Line 18 cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  • In stand mixing bowl, add block neufetchel cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • green onion
  • bread crumbs
  • cayenne pepper
  • sea salt
  • white pepper
  • garlic powder
  • corn
  • eggs
  • Blend these ingredients until fully mixed.
  • Then, with a spoon, add in the diced chicken breast, and cooked Bacon and fold in.
  • Spoon ingredients into muffin pan filling each tin to the top.
  • Cut the ready made Pie Crust into 1/2 inch squares and place 4 square atop each muffin cup covering the chicken filling.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • In separate pan, prepare country style gravy mix according to directions on package. Stir in cream of chicken soup.
  • When Chicken Neufetchel is completely prepared, remove from muffin paper and place in a small puddle of soup mixture. Then drizzle soup on top of the Chicken Neufetchel. Enjoy!

    Sounds great!! A photo would be good though, I don't quite understand the pastry bit at point 16. Sounds yummy though!!

    I forgot to add the turkey bacon!! Please re-read the recipe now. It is just not right without the bacon. Ooops!
