How to make it

  • Grind these ingredients together in a spice grinder (coffee mill) or motar until they are fine ground and thoroughly blended. Store in an airtight container to preserve freshness and flavor.
  • The ground mixture should be a fine powder.

    Just made up a nice batch of Poultry Seasoning . Another terrific blend. Thank you. I rubbed it on some pounded chicken breasts and let that set for a few hours in the refrigerator. When it was cooking time I dusted them with some coconut flour with a touch more of the seasoning in the flour and browned them in a skillet with a couple of good tablespoons of bacon drippings. It was terrific.

    Three questions.... This will replace the one I buy in the store? And... you are saying put in a grinder.. So it is coarse? Does it measure up the same?
