A good old fashion Poultry Seasoning.

Ingredients
- 3 parts celery salt
- 3 parts fine ground sage
- 1 part fine ground white pepper
- 1 part onion powder
- 1 part fine ground marjoram
- 1 part fine ground thyme leaves
- 1 part fine ground rosemary leaves
Directions
- Grind these ingredients together in a spice grinder (coffee mill) or motar until they are fine ground and thoroughly blended. Store in an airtight container to preserve freshness and flavor.
- The ground mixture should be a fine powder.
- Use as directed in recipes for poultry and pork.
