Ambers Banana Cake

This cake is a quick easy way to use up those bananas that are about to turn!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar (I used dark brown) shopping list
- 3-4 mashed bananas shopping list
- 1/2 cup oil (I used peanut) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup buttermilk (I used 2%, but you could use soy) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups flour (I used 1 cup white & 1 cup wheat) shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- cream cheese frosting shopping list
- Optional: toasted coconut, sliced bananas, chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Cobine first 6 wet ingredients.
- Sift together the dry ingredients.
- Slowly add the dry ingredientd to the wet. Be sure not to overmix,
- Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 25 minutes for 2 round
- 35 minutes for a bundt pan
- 40-45 minutes for a 9" X 13" pan
- Top with Cream Cheese frosting & toasted coconut or sliced bananas or your favorite chopped nuts.
