Harry Baker's 1927, Lemon Butter Cream Frosting. Wonderful lemony frosting.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 cups powdered sugar; sifted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Cream together the softened butter and lemon zest.
- Alternately, cream into the butter, small amounts of the sugar and the lemon juice. Creaming well after each addition, until the mixture is the right spreading consistency.
