How to make it

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • Prepare a 10" tube pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. Mix in the flour and baking powder.
  • Add the cream and vanilla and beat until well mixed.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

    Yep this is similar to my whip cream pound cake, this should be a very good cake, I agree I think it deserves a 5 also :) Great post.
