Oh My Cream Cake Recipe
This is the kind of cake purchased in bakery shops that have a creaminess you never thought you could ever have if you did it yourself - kind of cake.

Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups unbleached or cake flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare a 10" tube pan and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. Mix in the flour and baking powder.
  4. Add the cream and vanilla and beat until well mixed.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and bake 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
