Oh My Cream Cake

- 6 large eggs shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 cups unbleached or cake flour shopping list
- 4 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Prepare a 10" tube pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. Mix in the flour and baking powder.
- Add the cream and vanilla and beat until well mixed.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
