How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.Butter and line two 20 cm cake pans. Sift flour in a large bowl
  • With the soda, spices and sugar.
  • Whisk the eggs and the oil until smooth. Stir the egg mixture in the flour mixture

  • Line a cookie sheet with greased foil, Cut 2 bananas into thin slices. Toss slices with

    I just baked this cake . It smells great esp the ginger and nutmeg ..... and the fruits just compliments each other . I substitute butter n' sunflower oil for rich and fruity olive oil ... Thx for the recipe : )
