Ingredients
  • 3/4 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup (12 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels,devided
  • 1pkg (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/5 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. Combine cookie crumbs with butter in medium bowl until moistened
  2. Press onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Sprincle 1 cup morsels over.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla in large bowl until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs and flour.
  6. Gradually beat in evaporated milk and sour cream.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining morsels.
  9. Bake at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
  10. Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
  11. Bake for additional 30 to 40 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly.
  12. Place in refrigerator immediately.
  13. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  14. Remove from spring pan.
