Vanilla Nut Kisses Recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites

4 cups sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

3 Tbs. lightly ground hazel or black walnuts- I use walnuts for a better flavor

Directions

let egg whites come to room tempature,beat on high speed till you get soft peaks.

add sugar, slowly dribbling from a tablespoon.

add vinilla and beat until you have high and stiff peaks are formed.

stir in nuts and drop, by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.

bake in a 250F oven for about 1 hour or until very lightly brown and can move around easily on sheet pan.

will post a use for the 4 yokes called "anis seed cookies"
