Ingredients

How to make it

  • let egg whites come to room tempature,beat on high speed till you get soft peaks.
  • add sugar, slowly dribbling from a tablespoon.
  • add vinilla and beat until you have high and stiff peaks are formed.
  • stir in nuts and drop, by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • bake in a 250F oven for about 1 hour or until very lightly brown and can move around easily on sheet pan.
  • will post a use for the 4 yokes called "anis seed cookies"

    like to try but want to eatit too so plz tell me can i sub with Spenda? if so whats the eqv to the 4 cups of sugar? i dont wanna go into a diabetic coma LOL

    Mmmm, sounds like the seafoam candy my mom used to make only with nuts! Can't wait to see the anise seed cookie recipe!
