Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cold water shopping list
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tbsp ground clovs shopping list
- 1/4 tbsp allspice shopping list
- 2 cups whole pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Add cold water to eggs and stir in sugar, salt and spices.
- Add nuts and stir until coated.
- Place nuts flat side down on well greased cooke sheet.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
- Take nuts off pan immediately.
