Wonderful pecans

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tbsp ground clovs
- 1/4 tbsp allspice
- 2 cups whole pecans
Directions
- Add cold water to eggs and stir in sugar, salt and spices.
- Add nuts and stir until coated.
- Place nuts flat side down on well greased cooke sheet.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
- Take nuts off pan immediately.
