These are a pretty buttery Christmas cookie and one that I make to use up all the extra egg yolks. I usually make them in wreath shapes and decorate them with green and red candied cherries. The recipe is from Baking Easy and Elegant.

I'm just like Krum, can't get the cookie off the form. But the daughter wasn't happy with the kinds I made this year, she wants her spritz cookies. I'll be in the dog house until I get these made. LOL....nice post, any hints would help.
