How to make it

  • Butter a 9" pie plate. Layer the croissant rounds. Whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, and etracts. Pour over croissants and sprinkle with pecans
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until set. Serve warm, with caramel sauce
  • in medium saucepan combine brown sugar, whipping cream and butter. Bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occaisionally. Stir in pecans and serve over warm croissant pudding.

    Whoa, this is one of those "over-the-top" dessert recipes that get me drooling! This sounds so rich, and absolutely delicious - gotta try this out on company...perfect!
