EggNog Cookies

do you? or know somebody that like eggnog? These are great cookies for the holiday then
Ingredients
- 2 and 1/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 and 1/4 cups white sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cups salted butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup eggnog shopping list
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 large egg yolks shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300' F
- Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- Mix well with wire whisk and set aside
- Cream sugar and butter with electric mixer until forms a grainy paste
- Add eggnog, vanilla, and egg yolks and beat at medium speed until smooth
- Add flour mixture and beat at low speed just until combined -- do not over mix!
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets -- 1 " apart.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes or until bottoms turn light brown -- transfer to cool, flat surface immediately.
