Ingredients

How to make it

  • Measure flour and sift with baking soda, cinnamon, coriander and salt. In separate bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, honey, egg, vanilla, raisins and walnuts.
  • Add flour mixture to butter mixture and stir in raisins and walnuts.
  • Drop batter by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Makes 3 dozen.

    The flavor is awesome and the aroma is delicious. Be careful these burn easily and it is a fine line between pale cookie and burnt honey cookie....about 11 minutes max. Ten minutes isn't quite enough, just a tiny bit of brown around the edges.
