Oven Deviled Or Oven Friedchicken

- 2 (6 oz) containers plain lowfat yogurt shopping list
- 3 TBSP Dijon mustard shopping list
- 3/4 tsp Tabasco shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 - 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces, rinsed and patted dry shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp creole seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 Tbs olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, stir together yogurt, mustard, Tabasco and salt. Pour into a large zip top bag, add chicken and marinate 24 hours.
- Line a large baking dish with sides with heavy duty foil. Spray lightly with oil spray. heat oven to 400° (375° for boneless).
- In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, the salt and spices.
- Roll each piece of chicken in the crumb mixture.
- Place chicken in prepared pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 50 minutes to one hour (30-35 minutes for boneless) until golden brown and juices run clear.

I love this chicken. So low fat, but tastes great. I occasionally sub low fat sour cream if I don't have the yogurt.
