This is one of my favorite dishes to cook because it's easy and oh sooo good :O) This can be a side dish or main dish and very scrumptious with rice or rolls/breads

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of shrimps(deveined with shells on)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. butter ( you can never have enough so add as much as you like)
  • chopped scallions (use the white to saute and the greens to garnish)
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2-3 tsbp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying the shrimps and then to saute

Directions
  1. Heat some oil in a frying pan, when it’s HOT, throw in the shrimps and let it cook until it turns pink and quickly pour in a bowl and leave it aside.
  2. Put the pan back on the stove and add a bit more oil, minced garlic and the white part of the chopped scallions. Stir it for about a minute
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, butter, sugar, salt & pepper (season it to taste) and let it caramelized, then throw the shrimps back in and make sure the shrimps are completely baptized in that awesome sauce. Cook for another 5-6 minute. Do not overcook the shrimps!
  4. Throw in the green part of the scallions for garnish and dish it.

Sounds great, i had some shrimp last night, wish I would have had this recipe then, maybe I'll just have to eat shrimp again tonight!
