Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat some oil in a frying pan, when it’s HOT, throw in the shrimps and let it cook until it turns pink and quickly pour in a bowl and leave it aside.
  • Put the pan back on the stove and add a bit more oil, minced garlic and the white part of the chopped scallions. Stir it for about a minute
  • Pour in the soy sauce, butter, sugar, salt & pepper (season it to taste) and let it caramelized, then throw the shrimps back in and make sure the shrimps are completely baptized in that awesome sauce. Cook for another 5-6 minute. Do not overcook the shrimps!
  • Throw in the green part of the scallions for garnish and dish it.
