My Buttah Shrimps

- 1 lb. of shrimps(deveined with shells on) shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter ( you can never have enough so add as much as you like) shopping list
- chopped scallions (use the white to saute and the greens to garnish) shopping list
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 2-3 tsbp. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- oil for frying the shrimps and then to saute shopping list
How to make it
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, when it’s HOT, throw in the shrimps and let it cook until it turns pink and quickly pour in a bowl and leave it aside.
- Put the pan back on the stove and add a bit more oil, minced garlic and the white part of the chopped scallions. Stir it for about a minute
- Pour in the soy sauce, butter, sugar, salt & pepper (season it to taste) and let it caramelized, then throw the shrimps back in and make sure the shrimps are completely baptized in that awesome sauce. Cook for another 5-6 minute. Do not overcook the shrimps!
- Throw in the green part of the scallions for garnish and dish it.

sounds great, i had some shrimp last night, wish I would have had this recipe then, maybe I'll just have to eat shrimp again tonight!
