Thick Rich Wine Mustard

                    - 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup ground dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup malt vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Over a simmering water bath in the top of a double-boiler, whisk together sugar, mustard, vinegars, wine, and eggs.
- Cook while whisking constantly, for about 7-8 minutes, or until thick.
- Allow to cool completely, then bottle and place in the refrigerator.
- Stores well in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
