How to make it

  • Over a simmering water bath in the top of a double-boiler, whisk together sugar, mustard, vinegars, wine, and eggs.
  • Cook while whisking constantly, for about 7-8 minutes, or until thick.
  • Allow to cool completely, then bottle and place in the refrigerator.
  • Stores well in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
