Buffalo Chicken Salad

A takeoff of the traditional buffalo ings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. of Cooled chicken tenders (Baked or Fried) shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Of Franks red hot sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs. of honey shopping list
- 1 Tbs. of Melted butter shopping list
- 2 Medium carrots Diced shopping list
- 2 celery Stalks Sliced shopping list
- 1/2 Cups of blue cheese dressing shopping list
- 2 Cups of mixed greens shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare chicken tenders julienned as directed on package, chill. Mix hot sauce, honey, and butter. Toss tenders with hot sauce mix. Add dice carrots and sliced celery, then toss with the blue cheese dressing. Serve on top of mixed greens.
