Beef Stew In Crockpot Recipe
Classic beef stew that you can throw in the crockpot and not worry about.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 md onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C breadcrumbs
  • 1 T beef bouillon
  • 1 can(14oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 C water
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 lg potatoes, cubed
  • 1 md onion, sliced
  • 2 t italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Combine beef, onion, egg and breadcrumbs
  2. Form about 20 meatballs and brown in skillet, drain well
  3. Combine tomatoes, beef bouillon and water, set aside
  4. Put vegetables in bottom of crockpot, then the tomatoes mixture, followed by the meatball
  5. Sprinkle seasonnings
  6. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours
