Beef Stew in Crockpot

Classic beef stew that you can throw in the crockpot and not worry about.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 md onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 C breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 T beef bouillon shopping list
- 1 can(14oz) diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 C water shopping list
- 4 carrots, sliced shopping list
- 3 lg potatoes, cubed shopping list
- 1 md onion, sliced shopping list
- 2 t italian seasoning shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine beef, onion, egg and breadcrumbs
- Form about 20 meatballs and brown in skillet, drain well
- Combine tomatoes, beef bouillon and water, set aside
- Put vegetables in bottom of crockpot, then the tomatoes mixture, followed by the meatball
- Sprinkle seasonnings
- Cover and cook for 8-10 hours
