Butter Chicken

- 1 oz. butter shopping list
- 1 onion,chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,crushed shopping list
- 2 lg. boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1t. ginger shopping list
- 1t. chili powder shopping list
- 1t. tumeric shopping list
- 1t. cinnamon shopping list
- 1t. salt shopping list
- 3/4c fresh cream shopping list
- 1T. tomato paste shopping list
- 1/2t garam masala shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and garlic in butter. Slice chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
- Combine spices and salt and toss chicken pieces until well coated. Saute the chicken on each side till golden.
- Stir in the cream and tomato paste.. Cover pan and simmer about 10 mins. until cooked thru.
- Sprinkle with garam masala.
- Note:Increas cream and tomato paste for more sauce. Can use boneless chicken thighs also.
