How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  • MIX:
  • beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in Eagle BRAND UNTIL SMOOTH. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  • Toss chips with flour, stir in cheese mixture.pour into crust.
  • Bake for 35 min or until center springs back when lightly touched.
  • Cool and top Glaze and curls. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
  • GLAZE:::::: Melt 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips with 1/4 whipping cream and top . you can always change it around and make your topping with ANDES CHOCOLATE MINTS. EAT UP!
