How to make it
- Heat oven to 375. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat oil in lg. non-stick skillet over med-high heat until hot. Cook chicken 6 mins. or until browned,turning once. Place,skin side up,on baking sheet;bake 10 mins.
- Meanwhile,combine hoisin sauce,vinegarsoy sauce and ginger in small bowl. Reserve half . Brush remaining sauce over chicken;bake an additional 8-10 mins or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Spoon reserved sauce over chicken;sprinkle with cilantro.
