- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups of whole and halved walnuts
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles

Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar shopping list
1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
1 tsp pure vanilla extract shopping list
4 cups of whole and halved walnuts shopping list
Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles shopping list

How to make it

In a large saucepan, bring sugar and sour cream to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and walnut halves and pieces; stir until coating sets.
Spread on cooking sheet to cool.
* Before the nuts set, you can sprinkle them with chocolate sprinkles or holiday-colored sprinkles of your choice.
