Ingredients

2 pounds hamburger (chuck)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 small green pepper, chopped

4 or 5 mushrooms, sliced

cheddar cheese grated

mustard

Directions

Press hamburger flat on waxed papper until about a 1/4 inch thick.

On half of the meat, spread mustard; place all other ingredients on top of mustard.

Fold the plain half of the meat over the half with all the ingredients; pinch edges together.

Put in freezer on a plate to stiffen while the grill is heating.

Cook over low heat on grill until done, about 10 minutes on each side.
