This is a different way to grill your hamburger this summer... something to look forward too...

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hamburger (chuck)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 4 or 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • cheddar cheese grated
  • mustard

Directions
  1. Press hamburger flat on waxed papper until about a 1/4 inch thick.
  2. On half of the meat, spread mustard; place all other ingredients on top of mustard.
  3. Fold the plain half of the meat over the half with all the ingredients; pinch edges together.
  4. Put in freezer on a plate to stiffen while the grill is heating.
  5. Cook over low heat on grill until done, about 10 minutes on each side.
