Hamburger Flip

- 2 pounds hamburger (chuck) shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 small green pepper, chopped shopping list
- 4 or 5 mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- cheddar cheese grated shopping list
- mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Press hamburger flat on waxed papper until about a 1/4 inch thick.
- On half of the meat, spread mustard; place all other ingredients on top of mustard.
- Fold the plain half of the meat over the half with all the ingredients; pinch edges together.
- Put in freezer on a plate to stiffen while the grill is heating.
- Cook over low heat on grill until done, about 10 minutes on each side.
