Ingredients

How to make it

  • Press hamburger flat on waxed papper until about a 1/4 inch thick.
  • On half of the meat, spread mustard; place all other ingredients on top of mustard.
  • Fold the plain half of the meat over the half with all the ingredients; pinch edges together.
  • Put in freezer on a plate to stiffen while the grill is heating.
  • Cook over low heat on grill until done, about 10 minutes on each side.

    Hey Zena woman - your hamburger flips sound wonderful. You know we could add some blue cheese in with that stuff and I bet it would be over the top. What do you think? I can come to lunch anytime for this delicious meal.
