Chocolate Covered Cherries Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix first 3 ingredients and chill.
  • Roll this mixture into a ball around each cherry.
  • Dip in melted chocolate and place on wax paper to dry.
  • Chocolate coating for candy:
  • 12 oz semi sweet chocolates
  • 1/2 bar paraffin
  • Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler.
  • Dip cherries by sticking tooth pick in each one.
