How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350;
  • Slice banans into an 8X8 pan;
  • Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over bananas;
  • Dot bananas with 1/2 stick of butter;
  • Make the topping;
  • Cream the butter and the peanut butter;
  • Add the sugars and mix thoroughly;
  • Add in the egg and vanilla; stir!
  • Mix the flour and the baking soda;
  • Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients;
  • Blend thoroughly;
  • Lightly drop dollops of the topping mixture over the banana mixture, covering the top of the cobbler;
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
