Caramel Cookies Recipe

The ingredients

Cream everything exc

Mix in flour

Use cookie press

Bake until golden br

Ingredients

125 ml butter (1/2 cup)

5 ml caramel essence (1 teaspoon)

125 ml brown sugar (1/2 cup)

15 ml golden syrup (1 tablespoon)

300 ml self raising flour (11/4 cup)

Directions

Mix the butter, essence,sugar and syrup until fluffy.

Mix the flour in.

Mix well.

Take a cookie press and press out any for on a greased baking tin.

If you don't have a cookie press, roll small balls and press on top with a fork.

Bake at 180 deg C (360 deg F) for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.

Let it cool down.

Place in a cookie jar.
