Chipotle Garlic And Lime Marinade For Pork Or Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup canola oil

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (canned)

Juice of 1 small lime

3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Put all of the ingredients in a blender add in some of the adobo sauce from the chipotle peppers. Blend. Put a pork loin, pork chops or chicken pieces in a large storage bag, pour the marinade over the meat, reserving 1/4 cup of marinade for basting. Put in refridgerator for 1-2 hours. Do not leave the meat in the marinade longer than 3 hours. The lime juice will start to "cook" the meat. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Grill the meat, basting with the marinade, until done.
