Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.
  • In another bowl combine egg, eggnog and oil.
  • Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  • Fold in raisins and pecans.
  • Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
