Eggnog Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups all pupose flour

1/2 cup sugar

3 tsp baking powder

1/2 teas. salt

1/2 teas ground nutmeg

1 egg

1 3/4 cups bought eggnog any brand

1/2 cup veg. oil

1/2 cup golden raisins

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.

In another bowl combine egg, eggnog and oil.

Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Fold in raisins and pecans.

Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
