This is very close to the ones I make, my dad always told me they were like his moms. I would try to post the Norwegian name for meatballs, but I'm not positive of the correct spelling.

Have you perhaps got a norwegian recipe and the main ingredients are: veal, pureed tuna with cape, mustard etc. I had that recipe but lost it during a move when all my cartons went missing. I will appreciate it if you or somebody else can assist me. Thank you Tina
