Ingredients

1t dijon mustard

2T champagne vinegar

1t minced garlic

1T olive oil

1T minced shallots

salt and pepper

1/2c chopped walnuts toasted

Directions

Mix all togeter,add chopped walnuts to salad and pour dressing over all and mix.
