Nice nutty dressing for tossed salad. Toast walnuts in a fry pan.

Ingredients
- 1t dijon mustard
- 2T champagne vinegar
- 1t minced garlic
- 1T olive oil
- 1T minced shallots
- salt and pepper
- 1/2c chopped walnuts toasted
Directions
- Mix all togeter,add chopped walnuts to salad and pour dressing over all and mix.

Sounds really good and apparently nuts are very good at slowing down digestion so it will fill you up longer too!
