Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon(or to taste)

1 cup butterscotch morsels

1 cup raisins

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

3 cups tart apples-peeled and chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl,mix oil,sugar and eggs.

In a separate bowl,sift flour,baking powder,soda,salt,and cinnamon.

Add to sugar mixture and mix well.

Stir in apples,nuts,and raisins.

Spread batter into a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan.

Top with butterscotch morsels.

Bake for 55-60 minutes.

Cool completely then cut into squares.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

This was amazingly good! I didn't use any raisins or butterscotch. I only used half the sugar and doubled the cinnamon. It was perfect! Thanks Points, for showing this in the "I Made It" group!Great recommendation!
