This moist cake is tough to resist.

Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon(or to taste)
- 1 cup butterscotch morsels
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
- 3 cups tart apples-peeled and chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl,mix oil,sugar and eggs.
- In a separate bowl,sift flour,baking powder,soda,salt,and cinnamon.
- Add to sugar mixture and mix well.
- Stir in apples,nuts,and raisins.
- Spread batter into a greased and floured 9" x 13" pan.
- Top with butterscotch morsels.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Cool completely then cut into squares.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
