Prawn Cocktails On A Stick

- 24 cooked king prawns, peeled (tails left intact), deveined shopping list
- 2 avocados, cut into 2cm cubes, lightly salted and drizzled with lime juice shopping list
- <u>The Cocktail Sauce</u> shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablsp tomato sauce (preferably one you made yourself) shopping list
- 1/2 cup whole-egg mayonnaise (I use Thomy at home) shopping list
- 1 teasp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teasp Tabasco, or, preferably, your own favourite Louisiana-style hot sauce shopping list
- 1 lime, juiced shopping list
How to make it
- To make the seafood sauce Combine tomato sauce, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teasp hot sauce, 1 tablsp lime juice and salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Taste and add more hot sauce, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Skewer 1 prawn and 1 piece avocado onto each cocktail stick.
- Arrange on a plate and serve with cocktail sauce.

food on a stick cant be beat its portable easy to serve and usually prepare. great concept. avocados are really inexpensive at the markets this time of year. thanks.
