This extremely easy and quick chicken dish has a lovely lemony and garlic flavor. Goes well with a green salad and a loaf of fresh bread.

Hi Debra.Your recipe sounds delicious-I will have to try it out.I make my own chicken scampi, but I add 1 can of cream of chicken soup and about 4 minced cloves of garlic to make a cream sauce.(Gotta love garlic to enjoy this one).
Thanks for sharing your recipe and have a great day :-)

Made this awhile ago and enjoyed it very much.
Tried different recipies that sounded good and have come to the conclusion that this is the taste I have in my mind when I think of Scampi.
I and my whole family give it a 5 star rate.

I make mine a lot like this...but also use white wine and a little less fats. I always forget about the green onion- it makes a difference. Using olive oil and butter really makes the sauce though- awesome post :)
