Ingredients
  • 6 egg yolks
  • ΒΌ cup honey
  • 4 cups 2% milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions
  1. Beat the eggs yolks in a large bowl with an electric mixer until thickened and pale. Stir in the honey.
  2. Slowly add the milk, beating constantly, until combined.
  3. Beat in the ground cloves.
  4. Cover bowl; let eggnog stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
