How to make it

  • Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and retain for later.
  • Add beef, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sugar into a heavy wok. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.
  • Stir fry over medium heat. The onions and meat will add liquid to the wok as they cook.
  • Continue cooking until the liquid, sugar and soy sauce form a thick (almost a glaze) sauce.
  • Add pasta to the wok and mix with meat and onions. Cook until pasta is hot.
  • Serve hot

    Now this is looking good too. I'd probably toss in more garlic, add some green pepper, snow peas and sliced spring onions. But that's just me. It looks fine the way it is ;-) Thanks for another "5"
