This sauce is excellent served over grilled chicken, a wonderful alternative to the usual red bbq sauce! So many great flavors involved everyone is sure to love it!

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Mayo shopping list
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (regular vinegar is fine too) shopping list
1/2 Tsp water shopping list
1/2 Tsp lemon juice shopping list
1/2 Tsp salt shopping list
1/2 Tsp black pepper shopping list
1 Tbsp sugar shopping list
1/8 Tsp red pepper shopping list
1/2 Tsp horseradish shopping list

How to make it

Mix all ingredients together and serve over hot-off-the-grill chicken!

now THIS sounds like what I was trying to get when I whipped up a batch of BBQ sauce on Sunday. Since I can no longer tolerate ketchup, reg BBQ sauce, spaghetti sauce (I think it's the acid in tomatoes), I have to experiment with different recipes to make up for this condiment. I made a tomatoless BBQ sauce and...while it was eh.. ok.. it just didn't have quite the consistency that I was looking for.

I think I will try this one this Sunday with a couple of alterations/substitutions (a little more heat, etc). I'll post later!

The last time I was Alabama, I was lucky enough to get white bbq sauce with my chicken and it was amazing. I've been wanting to make it, so I'm saving your recipe. I'll let you know what I think. Great job! =)

I'm not a big bbq sauce fan. I loved meat grilled and usually get the bbq sauce on the side. This may be what I've been looking for. I love horseradish especially on beef. Thanks for the great recipe.
