Rhubarb Cake

- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1½ cups flour shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 cups rhubarb, cut into ¼ " pieces shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- ½ cup brown sugar shopping list
- ½ cup chopped nuts shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine sour cream, sugar and egg; mix thoroughly.
- Add dry ingredients; mix well.
- Fold in rhubarb.
- Pour batter into a 9" x 13" baking pan coated with cooking spray.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over batter.
- Bake 30 minutes or until tested done.
