Ingredients
  • MARINADE
  • 1/3 C. water
  • 1/3 C. vinegar
  • 1/3 C. vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Marinade 4-5 Lb. pork loin over night.
  3. The next day smoke loin in upright smoker for 6-8 hours.
  4. (you can also cook loin in a 325 degree oven for 2 hours if no smoker is handy)
