Smoked Garlic And Herb Pork Loin

- marinade shopping list
- 1/3 C. water shopping list
- 1/3 C. vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 C. vegetable oil shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic (minced) shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried thyme shopping list
- 1 tsp. dry italian seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed) shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Marinade 4-5 Lb. pork loin over night.
- The next day smoke loin in upright smoker for 6-8 hours.
- (you can also cook loin in a 325 degree oven for 2 hours if no smoker is handy)
