Chipolte Fire Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups chopped tomatoes (I prefer using Roma)

3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/3 cup chopped onion

3 cloves minced Garlic (optional) (I say a MUST)

1 or 2 seeded minced jalapeno pepper(s) (I use 3)

1 1/2 tbls. chopped canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

salt & pepper to taste

Sliced limes to garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl (except limes). Season with

salt and pepper. Serve with sliced limes and chips of choice.

Makes 3 cups
