How to make it

  • Puree fruit in blender or food processcor.
  • Pour into slow cooker.
  • Add spices. and lemon juice.
  • cover and cook on low 8 hours.
  • Pour into sterilized pint jars.
  • Process according to directions.
  • Serve with biscuits, cornbread or use as a glaze for chicken and pork dishes.
