Apricot Butter

- 4 28 ounce cans of apricots, drained shopping list
- 3 cups of sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp of cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp of ground ginger shopping list
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Puree fruit in blender or food processcor.
- Pour into slow cooker.
- Add spices. and lemon juice.
- cover and cook on low 8 hours.
- Pour into sterilized pint jars.
- Process according to directions.
- Serve with biscuits, cornbread or use as a glaze for chicken and pork dishes.
