The original palmier recipe comes from Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa. They are delicious plain, but I found if you add crushed cardamom to them, they shine!! You can make these and freeze them before baking also. Read more Just slice them, place them on a baking sheet, and pop in a freezer bag once frozen. See less
