How to make it

  • In a blender or food processor, grind almonds (not too small, you don't want dust!).
  • Add peeled avocado - no skin.
  • Add canned plain pumkin, olive oil and honey.
  • Blend all.
  • Rub gently on your face and hands.
  • Leave on for between 15 and 30 minutes.
  • Rinse off.

I use the pumpkin with lemon juice and brown sugar. Keep it in a small Ball Jar and it is absolutely wonderful and kind to older skin.~~~Sas

hehe Shirley, you can always eat the avocado with olive oil, smash it together it's soo good with a bit of Cayenne, which is also good for your circulation, so why not? anyway, great fantastic, wonderful post.
