How to make it

  • Bake potato wedges according to package directions.
  • Immediately sprinkle with green onions, cheese and bacon. Continue baking until cheese is melted (1 to 2 minutes).

    mmmm! This looks terrific! Gotta make me some of these! Sparrow 64's idea is good too...add some sour cream...oooohhh! or ranch or blue cheese dressing would be good! Hey! Thanks for the great recipe...your making me HUNGRY! lol
