Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 large green, orange, red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary*
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 teapoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed

Directions
  1. Heat sesame oil and butter in 4-quart saucepan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed.
  4. Reduce heat to low; continue cooking until peppers are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
  5. Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame seed. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed.
  6. * Substitute 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed.
  7. ** Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.
