Four Pepper Blast With Sesame Seed

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic shopping list
- 1 large green, orange, red and yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips shopping list
- 1 onion, cut into 1/4-inch strips shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary* shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves shopping list
- 1 teapoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed shopping list
How to make it
- Heat sesame oil and butter in 4-quart saucepan or 12-inch skillet; add garlic.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except sesame seed.
- Reduce heat to low; continue cooking until peppers are crisply tender (5 to 7 minutes).
- Stir in 2 teaspoons sesame seed. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed.
- * Substitute 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed.
- ** Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.
