Sooooooooo easy and just what you need to satisfy that need for chocolate and nuts. Pepperment or flavor of choice..

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 large (8 oz) chocolate bar with almonds
- 9 oz tub Cool Whip
- 1/2 tsp peppermint flavoring Or favorite flavoring, like cherry, pineapple, orange, almond, rum.. so many flavors to use)
- crushed nuts. (I use Almonds)
Directions
- Melt chocolate bars in top of double boiler, remove from heat
- and stir. Add Cool Whip and peppermint to melted chocolate and
- beat until well blended. Refrigerate 45 minutes, remove and form
- spoonfuls of mixture into balls and roll balls in crushed nuts.
- Return balls to refrigerator for at least one hour before
- serving.

LOL I use one of those large symphony candy bars and mix it with a tub of cool whip - pour that in a graham cracker pie crust and YUMMO! I guess you could say I have candy in a crust ;0)
