How to make it

  • Crush Biscuits finely in a blender or by hand.
  • mix in coconut and Cocoa.
  • Add Sweetened Condensed milk and combine well.
  • Using your hands, roll the mix into bite size balls.
  • Roll each in coconut, then refrigerate for at least 30minutes to and hour.
  • They store in an airtight container in the frige for quite a long time, that is if they dont get gobbled up as soon as they are made...

    Im not exactly sure why they get called rum balls, i think they are the result of many years of adapting from an original recipe that had rum. my mum calls them do idea why
