Ingredients
  • 2 boneless,skinless chicken breasts,cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves,minced
  • 1 small onion,chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese,shredded
  • 1 (28 ounce) can of diced tomatoes,undrained
  • 1 (6 ounce) stove top chicken stuffing mix

Directions
  1. pre heat oven to 400*F.
  2. saute chicken with spices,onion and garlic until lightly browned
  3. place chicken in a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese
  4. in a bowl mix tomatoes and stuffing mix,until moistened
  5. spread stuffing over chicken and cheese
  6. bake for 30 minutes or until done
