How to make it

  • Heat oven to about 180 °CENTIGRADE
  • pepper and salt chicken pieces
  • in frying pan, lightly fry on all sides
  • put into baking dish with lid
  • after all pieces having been done,
  • put some lemon slices in dish,
  • pour wine and stock over chicken
  • add garlic and herbs,
  • cover
  • leave in oven for about 30 minutes
  • remove lid
  • leave in oven for about another 15 minutes
  • if your baking dish is really pretty,
  • you can serve it right now,
  • if not - put into pre-heated serving dish
