Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes or to taste
  • 3/4 tsp. crushed anise seed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2#'s fresh ground pork

Directions
  1. in a small bowl,combine everything except pork, and mix well
  2. put pork in a large bowl and add spices ,mix thoroughly with your hands.
  3. use as you would bulk italian sausage. feel free to add more or less of any spice to create the taste that you want
